Ajax Neighbourhoods - Audley

Located in the northeastern corner of Ajax, Audley is a small community which you could say is one part agriculture, one part residential, and two parts pleasure. Audley is home to the Ajax Sportsplex which features five well-kept baseball diamonds, two large soccer fields, five smaller fields, a playground, a basketball court, and more. Audley is also home to the Deer Creek Golf & Banquet Facility, where members can play up to 72 holes of golf across 4 challenging and visually stunning courses, or host a high-class event to be talked about for years to come. The Ajax Riding Academy is located just north along Audley Road, and the suburban neighbourhoods in the southwest of the neighbourhood are a great place to call home. So drop by for a visit, or visit our website for information about the available houses for sale!

Pickering Neighbourhoods - Brougham

Brougham is a small community built around the intersection of Brock Road and Highway 7, just north of the the 407. Don Beer Memorial Park is located in the east end of the community, complete with playground, basketball court, and baseball diamond. The Marc Barrie Gallery (or Gallery Brougham) has been displaying art in the west end of the community since 1982, making good use of the old School House #10, a one room school house built in 1859 and used until the late 1950s. Some of the community's lands may be affected by the proposed construction and activity of the Pickering Airport; the decision to proceed with planning and construction was made on June 11, 2013. Take the 52 York University bus to drop by for a visit, or contact us today to learn more!

Ajax Neighbourhoods - Pickering Village

The community of Pickering Village is, somewhat confusingly, located in Ajax. Originally growing within Pickering Township in 1807, and incorporated as the Village of Pickering in 1953, the community became a part of Ajax in 1974 when the Regional Municipality of Durham was created, and changed its name to Pickering Village to avoid confusion with the City of Pickering. The community is located just north of the Highway of Heroes and east of the main branch of Duffins Creek. In addition to its convenient access to the Trans-Canada Trail, Pickering Village is home to Lincoln Alexander Public School and Pickering High School, both quite close to the soccer field, baseball diamond, basketball court, and playground at Hermitage Park. But of course, the best part of Pickering Village is that it puts you in a friendly primarily-residential community with convenient access to all the ammenities of Ajax, and a short drive away from the buzz of Toronto! Contact us today for more information about this great community.
